Flora
Flora, a member of a minority ethnic group in Yunnan, China, has been immersed in traditional folk dance since childhood. Her talent and dedication led her to expand her training into ballet, enhancing her technique and expression. In 2009, Flora discovered her passion for belly/oriental dance and quickly earned her teaching qualification. In 2022, she began practicing Barre, a workout known for its low-intensity, rhythmic movements designed to build strength and body awareness. Flora will complete her Barre teaching certification by the end of 2024.

What’s in the class? Developed by Flora, this unique class combines the elegance of oriental bellydance with the strengthening techniques of barre. The class focuses on activating deep muscles to improve body control, posture, and overall flexibility. With sections dedicated to warm-up activation, conditioning, bellydance combos, and stretching, BellyBarre Activation offers a balanced, low-intensity workout that helps students feel more confident and energized. Perfect for those wanting a fun and challenging way to enhance their dance skills while building strength.
